From time to time, we may modify our these to which the content and services available are subject so we ask that you continually review when visiting our website. Acceptance of these terms & conditions does not affect your statutory rights, except so far as legitimately excluded.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship directly from our fulfillment warehouse. Each product is made with the highest attention to quality and detail.

Totum orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

You should inspect the merchandise upon receiving and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receiving that there is a problem or cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you would like to ensure the safety of your package and have a signature request for your delivery at a small fee of $5, please contact us at hello@totumwomen.com. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. The driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days and temporarily hold at a Fedex/UPS location near you. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be returned to sender.

If you do not choose to have a signature request with your package delivery, Totum cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages, as this is the responsibility of the shipping provider once the package departs our headquarters.

We have limited ability to ship to PO Boxes. If you would like further information regarding this, please contact us directly.

Please contact Totum within 72 hours when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. After 72 hours of delivery confirmation, we are no longer able to track a missing package. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30-day return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.

UNITED STATES

Totumwomen.com offers complimentary Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $60 or more (excluding taxes). FREE SHIPPING does not apply to purchases made with third party offers.

Complimentary Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free ship option and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out. You will receive an email from as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL

Totum currently does not ship outside of the United States for the Mother's Support Lactation Cookies or the Totum Tees.

The Totum Talks (individual tickets or the Annual Pass) and the Postpartum Insider Guide, however, are digital and therefore available internationally and ship ASAP!

 

RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY

Only products purchased directly from totumwomen.com will be eligible for a refund or exchange. Totum hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 20 working days of the date your order was received, and we will supply you with a return label and instructions. We will be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 30 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original and undamaged condition.

We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. Once your product has been received we will contact you via email to let you know we have received it. We will issue you a refund within 5 days, and it normally takes 5-10 days for your bank to receive the funds.

You may return all or a part of their order within 30 days of receiving it. To return a product, contact Totum at hello@totumwomen.com within 20 working days to start the return process. Please send the product, via traceable method, in its original packaging along with a copy of receipt to an address which will be provided to you upon contacting us. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. A 15% restocking fee might apply for returns.

Please provide full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned when contacting.

Please include valid receipt when returning. Returns sent without valid receipt will not be refunded, and will be returned to the customer.
